The Bob Rumball American Sign Language (ASL) Immersion Camp: August 13-19, 2016

Dr. Lopes took up learning ASL in the Fall of 2014 for pure interest due to her love of learning new languages.  She attended an ASL Immersion Camp in Parry Sound, Ontario where she experiences classes twice a day, and camp activities in which only ASL was allowed, and no voice.  It was a fantastic experience and great opportunity to work on her ASL skills.
